ROOF CLEANING VIDEOS.

Every roof below was soft washed under 500 PSI with a biodegradable algaecide — never high pressure. Pressure is what breaks tile, strips granules off shingles, and forces water under the laps. These five clips cover Spanish terracotta, flat concrete tile, composition shingle and standing seam metal.

Soft washing a Spanish terracotta tile roof in Palo Alto, California 0:24
Palo Alto

Spanish Tile Roof Soft Wash

Moss and lichen lifted off terracotta barrel tile without pressure washing. High pressure cracks Spanish tile and blows out the mortar at the ridge, so the whole roof runs on chemistry and dwell time instead.

Soft washing a flat concrete tile roof in Milpitas, California 0:43
Milpitas

Flat Concrete Tile Roof Wash

Algae blackening and moss on the north-facing planes, where the sun never dries the tile out. Soft washed with algaecide and post-treated so the regrowth clock starts over. Done in one visit alongside the gutters.

Soft wash rinse running down a composition shingle roof in Berkeley, California 0:28
Berkeley

Composition Shingle Roof Soft Wash

Moss rooted in the keyways and algae streaking down the slope. Shingles lose their protective granules under pressure, so this one is a low-pressure rinse only, with the gutters flushed afterward.

Soft washing a flat tile roof in San Jose, California 0:15
San Jose

Flat Tile Roof Wash

A flat concrete tile roof blackened by algae and lichen, soft washed at under 500 PSI with biodegradable algaecide. Lichen is the slow one — it feeds into the tile surface and needs the solution to sit before anything moves.

Cleaned standing seam metal roof ridge on a commercial building in Fremont, California 0:17
Fremont

Standing Seam Metal Roof & Building Wash

Commercial standing seam metal, washed along the seams and down the panels, plus the building elevations. Metal shows every streak, so the rinse pattern matters as much as the solution does.

DRIVEWAY, PATIO & PAVER VIDEOS.

Flatwork is where a surface cleaner earns its money — an even pass with no zebra striping, no wand marks burned into the concrete, and the joints left intact. These three cover poured concrete, natural flagstone and porcelain pavers.

Surface cleaning a concrete driveway and flagstone walkway in Sunnyvale, California 0:53
Sunnyvale

Flagstone Walkway & Driveway Cleaning

Concrete driveway and natural stone walkway in the same visit. Flagstone is soft and irregular, so it comes down in pressure and gets worked by hand where the surface cleaner can't sit flat.

Pressure washing a patio and walkway in Palo Alto, California 0:38
Palo Alto

Patio & Walkway Pressure Washing

Mold, algae and ground-in staining pulled off a shaded patio and the walkway running to it. Shaded flatwork under trees is the fastest to go green again, which is why it gets rinsed well past the visible edge.

Cleaning and sealing porcelain pavers in San Jose, California 0:21
San Jose

Porcelain Paver Cleaning & Sealing

Sap, organic staining and scuffs off porcelain pavers and block, then sealed. Porcelain doesn't absorb like concrete does, so the work is mostly in the joints and the edges rather than the face of the paver.

SOLAR CLEANING BEFORE & AFTER.

The same Cupertino array, filmed before and after. Panels are washed with deionized water through a water-fed pole — no soap, no minerals left behind to dry into spots, and nothing abrasive that would scratch the glass or void the panel warranty.

Solar panels soiled with dust and bird droppings on a Cupertino, California rooftop before cleaning 0:25
Cupertino · before

Solar Panel Cleaning — Before

The array as we found it: dust, pollen and bird droppings baked onto the glass across a full summer. Soiling like this costs real output, and the dropped percentage never shows up as a fault on the inverter.

Clean solar panels on a Cupertino, California rooftop after deionized water washing 0:21
Cupertino · after

Solar Panel Cleaning — After

The same roof once the array has been washed and left to sheet dry. Deionized water carries nothing that can dry into a spot, so the glass clears without being touched by a squeegee.

WINDOWS & EPOXY FLOORS.

Two more services caught on camera — spot-free exterior glass through a water-fed pole, and a solid color epoxy floor coating from grind to top coat.

Rinsing exterior window glass with a water-fed pole in San Jose, California 0:27
San Jose

Window Cleaning

Deionized water-fed pole scrubbing and rinsing exterior glass, with the screens and tracks done too. The pole reaches second-storey glass from the ground, so no ladder ever leans on the siding or the gutters.

Solid color epoxy floor coating applied to a garage floor in Fremont, California 0:16
Fremont

Solid Color Epoxy Floor Coating

A solid color epoxy system over a diamond-ground slab. The grind is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether the coating stays down — epoxy rolled over a sealed or dusty slab peels within a season.
